Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Freestyle Legends collects, uses, protects and manages information across its websites, event-interest forms, athlete services, partner experiences and support channels.

1. Scope

This notice applies to the Freestyle Legends digital ecosystem, including Freestyle Legends Tour, ProVault, Magazine and Media, ticket-interest experiences, athlete registration, sponsorship and partnership forms, event hubs and support services.

Separate terms, agreements or notices may apply to athletes, employees, contractors, partners, sponsors, hospitality providers or event participants where a direct contractual relationship exists.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Name, email address, telephone number, country and other contact information.
  • Event, ticket, accommodation-referral or hospitality interests.
  • Athlete, sponsor, partner, media, vendor, employment or volunteer information submitted through forms.
  • Messages sent through support, contact or partnership channels.
  • Documents or profile information you intentionally submit through an authorized workflow.

Information collected automatically

  • Basic device, browser and request information needed to deliver and secure the service.
  • Essential session, fraud-prevention, rate-limiting and security signals.
  • Referral and campaign information used to understand how visitors reached an FLT experience.
  • Aggregate usage and performance information where analytics are enabled.

3. How we use information

  • Operate, secure and improve FLT websites, forms, event hubs and member experiences.
  • Respond to enquiries, support requests, media requests and partnership discussions.
  • Administer athlete, event, ticket-interest, sponsorship and hospitality-referral workflows.
  • Communicate operational updates, access information and relevant FLT opportunities.
  • Measure campaign performance, visitor interest and partner value.
  • Detect spam, fraud, misuse, security incidents and technical failures.
  • Meet contractual, accounting, regulatory and legal obligations.

4. Sharing and service providers

FLT may share information with service providers that support hosting, security, communications, analytics, event operations, ticketing, professional advice and other authorized business functions. Providers are expected to use information only for the services they perform for FLT.

Where a visitor chooses to pursue accommodation or hospitality with a third-party provider, FLT may transmit referral or enquiry information needed to support that request. The accommodation provider controls its own inventory, pricing, reservation acceptance, deposits, changes, cancellations and payment process.

FLT may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, to investigate misuse, or as part of a legitimate corporate transaction. FLT does not sell personal information to advertisers.

5. Security and retention

FLT uses administrative, technical and operational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss. No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual and operational requirements, dispute resolution, security, accounting and applicable legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type.

Full payment-card details are not intended to be stored directly within the FLT website. Where payment services are introduced, authorized payment processors may handle payment information under their own privacy and security practices.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. FLT may need to verify identity before completing a request and may retain certain information where legally or operationally required.

You may opt out of non-essential promotional communications using the method included in the communication or by contacting FLT.

7. Children

FLT services are not directed to children under 13. Athlete or event participation involving minors must be handled through an authorized parent, legal guardian or approved organizational process.

8. International use

Freestyle Legends operates an international sports and hospitality ecosystem. Information may be processed in Bermuda, the United States or other locations where FLT, its partners or service providers operate. FLT applies appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

9. Updates to this notice

FLT may update this notice as its services, partners, technology and legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice.
