FLT Ticket Terms
These operational terms are a launch framework and must be reviewed and approved by FLT management and counsel before public sales are enabled.
Admission
Each digital ticket is unique, revocable and valid for one admission according to its stated access level. Duplicated, altered, voided or previously checked-in tickets may be refused.
Payment and confirmation
An order is not confirmed until FLT records payment as received. Pending orders may expire and their inventory may be released.
Event changes
Schedules, athlete appearances, competition formats, hospitality components and venue access may change due to weather, safety, operational or regulatory requirements.
Transfers, refunds and cancellations
Transfer and refund eligibility must follow the final published FLT event policy. A cancellation in the administration system does not by itself prove that a financial refund has been completed.
Accommodation
Ticket purchases do not constitute a Cambridge Beaches accommodation reservation. Accommodation availability, pricing and payment remain with the hotel unless expressly stated otherwise.
