FLT may collect contact details, event interests, role information, athlete biographies, demo-video URLs and consent records submitted through the Tour website.

Use of information

Information is used to respond to requests, manage event access, assess athlete or partner interest, coordinate services and communicate relevant FLT updates.

Sharing and retention

Information may be shared with authorised FLT personnel and necessary event providers. It is not a booking or guarantee. Records are retained according to operational and legal requirements.
